HOW VIP BOOKING WORKS

JOIN

VIP enrollment opens the Wednesday before the public booking calendar opens. Enrollment ends at 12pm the day books are open to the public. 

REQUEST

Submit your preferred appointment date(s) during the VIP priority booking period by adding to the waitlist. Include exact style, date and any applicable add ons.

BOOK FIRST

VIP appointment requests are accommodated before remaining appointments are released to the public.

Rare Access: 1 date request
Rare Reserve: 2 date requests
Rare Elite: Unlimited date requests

Appointment requests must be submitted at least 8 hours before the public calendar opens.

Priority access does not guarantee a specific date or time. All appointment requests and accommodations are subject to availability.

IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

MEMBERSHIP & BILLING

Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.

Membership payments are not appointment deposits and do not reduce the cost of your booked service.

Membership benefits are available only while your membership is active and in good standing.

PRIORITY BOOKING

Appointment date requests must be submitted during the designated VIP priority booking period and at least 8 hours before the public calendar opens.

Unused appointment requests do not carry over to future booking cycles.

Priority access does not guarantee a specific appointment date or time. All requests and accommodations remain subject to availability.

MONTHLY BENEFITS

Complimentary add-ons are limited to one per membership month, up to a $20 value, and are subject to availability.

Complimentary benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or carried over.

If multiple eligible add-ons are selected, the lesser-value add-on will be complimentary.

Unused monthly benefits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Service-fee discounts are limited to one use per membership month and cannot be combined with other offers.

Product discounts apply to eligible Rare Entity retail products and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Priority scheduling, waitlist placement, and rescheduling accommodations are subject to availability.
